(Osaic), member FINRA/SIPC.  Osaic is separately owned and other entities and/or marketing names, products or services referenced here are independent of Osaic.  Through this service we can offer consultative advice for individual financial planning issues on an hourly fee basis. Some employees of Knepp Financial Group, LLC are also registered representatives of Osaic. and as such can conduct securities brokerage services on a commission basis. We also offer asset management services on a fee basis through Osaic.  Knepp and Associates Tax Service, LLC provides tax preparation services.
